Government Rules and Regulations on Intimate Wedding

Recently the government has released some of the guidelines and rules for an intimate wedding and that should be followed. The guidelines are given by the central government as well as the state government too. One should follow the guidelines given by the government strictly.

     Guidelines given by the Central government for intimate weddings are :-

1- The gathering in the venue should be of only 50 persons not more than that.

2- Everyone present at the venue should wear masks and maintain social distancing including bride and groom.

3- The guestlist should not include people who are from Red Containment Zones.

4- One should come to their own vehicle transportation. No cabs and taxis allowed due to safety issues.

5-Hand wash and sanitizers must be present at the venue entrance. The temperature should be checked for each and every individual.

6- The guests should install the Arogya Setu app in their phones which is mandatory.

 Guidelines and Precautionary Measures for Venues

1- Now the one has to select the larger venue for fewer guests so that the proper space could be provided for the guests to maintain social distancing.

2-The venue head should take care that the venue must be sanitized properly and the proper cleaning should be ensured before the entry of guests that is very important.

3- Only two persons at a table are allowed. Also, the tables and seating arrangements must have a gap of 6cm away from each other.

4- The venue head must take care of the precaution for catering services. Catering area should be cleaned and sanitized after every hour. Only the vendor staff must touch the food with compulsory gloves in their hands and he should serve the food on his own. No guests shall touch the food on their own. 

5- Venue head must ensure that on the stage where the bride and groom sit the crowd should not be gathered.

6- All the employees, Waiters, Caterers must be mandatory to wear mask, kits and gloves. The staff member must be present there at every exit and entry gate to open and shut doors for a contactless experience.

One must take care of all the precautionary measures and guidelines given by the government. If anybody found violating any rules or guidelines would not be spared and fine/penalty would be also be charged. So make sure the one should go through the guidelines properly before the wedding.
